RETURN POLICY
Items purchased through Backroom Bargains can be returned within 7 days of receipt of shipment for store credit ONLY. Returns are accepted by mail. When shipping a return by mail, the following rules must be followed:

Items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged.

Return items in their original packaging with ALL tags attached. Packaging may include hangers, plastic wrap, boxes, warranty cards, accessories and dust bags. If ANY tags or packaging is missing, broken off or damaged, Backroom Bargains reserves the right to not accept the return.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Once we are contacted, we will provide step by step instructions on how to return the product by mail. Please ensure only the items listed on your return label are included in the return package.
**As the customer, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges. Backroom Bargains will not cover the charges for return shipping.
REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds for returned products. You have two options for product exchanges:

You can select to return for full merchandise credit which will be added to your account.

You can select to return for a product for product exchange (i.e: same product in a different size or color)
ISSUE WITH AN ITEM?
All products that are shipped by Backroom Bargains will always be carefully inspected by our staff to ensure you are getting the correct product in perfect condition. To ensure Backroom Bargains items are correct and undamaged, a photo of your purchased item(s) will be included in your package. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for items damaged under USPS or UPS care.
